Building 4 pool/not tub access an elevator ride away and ski walk to restaurants/bars and game room within minutes. Perfect resort for families.The room itself was fine and studio size fine for a couple. Would not recommend for four people. Refrigerator is a mini and did not hold the temp. Room needs updating..popcorn ceiling above bathroom sink is peeling away. Suggest adding a broom or stick vacuum for quick cleanup of crumbs etc. hair dryer worked but has melted plastic and heating element exposed..potentially a fire hazard and certainly wouldn’t want kids using. Suggest replacing.Property management team extremely responsive and resort staff wonderful. All in all would stay again due to location and price. ##### Jennifer L. Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Jennie V. 7 Mar 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Good location, poor experience with management There are a lot of positives about this rental: great ski-in/ski-out access to skiing, a lot of activities on the resort for kids (pools, arcade, mini golf), etc. Wish it were a little closer to main street or they would have a few more shuttles into town as we had a hard time getting a shuttle that wasn't already packed full. That said, we were very disappointed in management. Upon check-in at the property we found out that there were only 3 pillows for 4 people booked to stay. When we reached out to have management provide us with another pillow they refused and said they would provide one the following day because it wasn't an emergency. While I understand it isn't an emergency, having enough bedding for the number of people booked should be bare minimum. We had to fight and threaten leaving and not paying for hours before they finally delivered pillows at 11pm at night. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend renting with Summit Mountain Rentals and will definitely not be a return customer. ##### Jennie V.
