Located right in the heart of town which puts you walking distance to shops and restaurants. This loft condo has a small one bedroom with a door up on the spacious loft with a full size bed and an attached half bath. In the open area of the loft, there's a bonus sleeper area with a bunk bed which has a twin over a full, making the condo perfect for up to 5 people. The gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living/dining area in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace. There is balcony for you to step out onto and enjoy the clean mountain air. Enjoy a soak in the large community hot tub after the day's activities. This resort also has an on site Mexican restaurant for that end of day margarita. The complex offers underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, ski/bike rentals, Mi Casa Mexican restaurant, as well as access to the Blue River and a beautiful pond to take a stroll around. Normally, that wasn't a problem except in the late afternoon when the sun shined on the large front windows. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bath made such a terrible noise that I thought it would explode if I used it. Also, same bathroom the stopper in the sink did not work.
