We provide a cozy mountain home located on Peak 7 sure to please family and friends. You'll enjoy cooking meals in our fully stocked modern kitchen with updated appliances. Our home sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. The property is next to Barton Gulch with natural creeks and beaver ponds, and tons of wildlife! We are located 1.5 miles North of Downtown Breckenridge and the gondola parking lot up to the ski resort. The free shuttle to downtown is 1/2 mile down the road. We were two families, with 4 teenage kids. The home had all the essentials, and then some! Plenty of kitchen essentials and cookware, staples and pantry items, bath and linens, everything you need to be comfortable! Allie was a wonderful host and promptly responded to all my questions. The kids loved having their own game room space and plenty of sleeping options. Us adults loved the peaceful setting- we spent our mornings enjoying the wooded area behind and the creek. Updated and modern, we absolutely loved staying here. The property is very well located, about 10 minutes drive from the heart of the city. Would come back to stay any time!!
