Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our group staying in Breckenridge. We wanted to be close enough to be able to walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants. Also close enough to the trails that the younger members of our family wanted to access. It was relatively close to Main St. and were were able to walk to most shops/restaurants. We stayed in the summer (July). It was hot during the day and there is no A/C. A lot of the windows were difficult to open, and a number of them were missing screens. The traffic on French St. is very busy, which made it difficult to exit the driveway. There is only one single lane driveway for parking; so if you have multiple cars, it can be a bit unwieldly to move your vehicles around. Last thing: the dryer has a difficult time drying (and we made sure the lint trap was always cleaned out). ##### Jonathan V.
