Plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space and a large enough living room and deck for everyone to spend time together. Less than 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and very easy to access. The noise from the highway is a bit loud with the windows shut, but you can't hear it when everything is shut. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The traffic at the house was shockingly loud it was a huge negative about the experience especially trying to sleep at night. I also took 2 ice cold showers even though there were only 4 of us staying at the house and none of us took showers at the same time, somehow we still ran out of hot water. ##### Emily L. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family stay. The home was beautiful and big enough for 3 families to stay in. Plenty of beds for all 12 people. This home gives you the feel of a private location in the mountains but was also just a 5 minute drive to the ski resort and Main Street Breckenridge for shopping and restaurants. The hot tub on site was enjoyable. Summit County Mountain Retreats was attentive, texting us a few times throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We were also able to get a late check-out. It did cost an extra $15/hr, but was well worth it. We arrived with trucks, trailers and 6 motorcycles. The location was great. We were far enough out of Breckinridge but close enough to just run into town. We had 5 couples so this place was a great fit. Everyone had private space and their own bathroom. The satellite parking lot was close enough and safe for trailer parking. The mud/ ski area off the garage was a bonus. We could hang leathers, riding boots etc. and not have to carry them up the stairs. What we all noticed was how quiet the house was with 10 people milling around. The kitchen is very well stocked and has a great kitchen table. Great for game nights. We had a great time riding and enjoyed many fabulous restaurants. I wound recommend this location! ##### Dale P. Reviewer Comments: My group had a nice stay at 8 Crown Drive over a long weekend. The home is well-appointed and suited our needs perfectly. Its location was very convenient to downtown Breckenridge. I do have a few comments related to the management to add: there were only 2 kitchen garbage bags for a large group over a long weekend - when we requested more trash bags we were told to visit the management office 30+ minutes away to pick up more trash bags (ended up buying more at the store), there was garbage left in the trash bins in the garage from previous guests. There was an immense amount of snow during our visit which resulted in a vehicle getting stuck in the driveway as it is on a downward slope. When I called the management company, they did not have any recommendations for someone to plow the driveway nor a contact with a tow truck to pull the vehicle out. The person I spoke with got on Google to try to find recommendations while on the phone which is something I could do. We were able to get the car out and found a plow truck driving by to help us. In a heavy snow environment, I would anticipate the management company should have these emergency contacts and recommendations readily available. These are all minor things that could've made our experience better and could help future renters. Nonetheless, the home was perfect for what we needed. Bathrooms where clean and nice.(some of them small but still good). One important thing is always Mattresses. They where nice and maybe new, Comfortable. Pillows where for me and out group to soft but no big deal. Appliance where nice and new. Plenty of dishes and cups. Location is close to down town or main street and easy access to ski resort. We where 3 families, six adult and six teenage and had still plenty of room. NOW, Fireplace was not working properly and for winter time is all about fireplace. We had contact the management and they have sent Someone to check on it next day. Maybe there is a trick to keep it on but we had the problem to have it continuing on, it turned off after 7-30 minute and sometimes came back on by it self. I guess it is the thermostat that is not working properly. We had few little issue and management fix the. Another Big issue for larger group is showering at same time. Maybe water heater is too small. But we managed that one as well. Another Issue is the stairs railing with big space between post which could be dangerous for families with small children. I have informed the management company about this and hopefully they can fix that. Vail is about 40 minute away and easy ride. it is worth for a half day trip or ski day. Overall I would recommend this property. We had lots of fun but not enough snow for ski which is common for this time of year. ##### Mohammad A.
