We walked to all the shops and restaurants easily. Check in at the front desk was easy and the staff was friendly. The bed was also very hard and made for a restless nights sleep. Also note there is no air conditioning!! The listing said heated but did not say no AC. Great location to walking to and around downtown Breck,including a grocery store, and even with kids in tow. Also the ski valet and easy walk to Peak 9 Base can’t be beat. Peak 9 was closed this late in the season, so check if that’s critical to your stay, but the price and location and amenities can’t be beat. Also nice soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
