Heated floors. Easy access to free skier parking lot, to Keystone or Copper. Close to distillery/brewery. The space: This house is great for families and friends looking for a mountain feel while still being close to Breck amenities. The stone and wood finishes give the house a cozy feel while the 3-level floor plan offers space and privacy. All sleeping areas have a private bathroom. Bedrooms: • Master bedroom, located on the top floor with king bed, gas fireplace, TV, balcony and attached bathroom. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by. » This property is a duplex. » While we accept dogs, please be a respectful dog owner. It is expected that dog owners will clean up after their dogs. Fees may be incurred if extra cleaning is necessary.
