"The property was very clean and served a great purpose for a cheap place to stay with friends for the weekend! Keep in mind it is a campground property so there is no bathrooms in the actual cabin! However, these are the nicest communal campground bathrooms I have ever encountered!"

"Location was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was a bit confusing and a bit of a pain. Apparently I was supposed to contact them hours in advance to find out how to check in. I never received a passcode or email about how to check-in beforehand. The office was closed when I arrived. After talking to two people on the phone I was given a pass code. The door lock was testy. The code had to be put in a few times before opening and locking the door was sometimes difficult as well. This unit could use a new locking system. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again."

We like to try new locations and go on different adventures when we vacation as a family, but coming back to the Outer Banks and this cottage in particular is something we’d strongly consider, as we truly had such a great vacation!"
