"The hotel was beautiful! Wonderful and friendly staff! I would stay there again! I removed one star because Sunday the pool was closed and if you travel with the child it mattered. One thing to mention - the restaurant SAM in the hotel was awful, please avoid that and just eat in town!"

"The room was spotless and housekeeping (when requested) did a wonderful job replenishing towels and toiletries and remaking the bed. While we ventured out for breakfast every day during our stay, the breakfast offerings (at an additional charge) looked very good. The location was great for our activities during our visit to Québec City."

"What a lovely 3 night stay we had. The location was great, everything was accessible. It is such a walkable city. We parked our car in the garage next door, can't beat it for $20 a day! We enjoyed the breakfasts. We had dinner our first night and it was really great, possibly the best meal we had during our time in Quebec. The staff were great...helpful, friendly, attentive, from the reception desk, the concierge and the restaurant. We have no complaints and will be back!"
