This truly unique, architect-designed house has a laid-back feel, with natural materials, warm tones and thoughtfully layered interiors creating a space that feels both relaxed and distinctive. Beamed, vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of space and light, giving the main living areas an airy, open quality, while a strong attention to detail ensures the house is as comfortable to live in as it is beautiful.



At its centre is a spacious kitchen diner with an Aga cooker and American style fridge freezer, designed for gathering — from slow mornings before the beach to long, sociable meals together. Large doors open onto a sun-filled garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. With outdoor seating, a BBQ area and space for alfresco dining, it's perfectly set up for relaxed lunches, easy pre-dinner drinks and nightcaps under the stars.



The house sleeps up to 12 guests across six individually styled bedrooms, including four doubles, one king and one huge, luxurious master bedroom with a super king bed. Four bedrooms are ensuite, while two first-floor bedrooms share a well-appointed family bathroom — a layout that works particularly well for multi-generational stays.



Designed to support a slower pace of living, the interiors feel calm and considered throughout. Two separate lounge spaces in the main house allow everyone to spread out — one sumptuous sitting room with a roaring fireplace and big screen TV, and the other more relaxed lounge area with open seating and a vinyl sound system. Meanwhile in the property's annex, a dedicated, peaceful yoga shala offers space to stretch, reset and unwind.



The garden continues this sense of ease, with loungers positioned to catch the sun and provide a peaceful retreat when the beach is busy — a place to pause, recharge and settle into the rhythm of coastal life. And in the evening, guests can get cosy alongside one of two fireplaces.



Thoughtful features make group stays feel effortless, including outdoor shower and surfboard storage, a separate utility room, and an additional shower room. From an entertainment perspective there is a foosball table, a Sonos sound system and a PlayStation.



And for those needing to work during their stay, there is an office overlooking the garden with full IT setup, perfect for taking video calls.



There is a Tesla fast charging port for electric vehicles, and parking is available for up to five cars behind a securely automated gate.
