Located on the edge of Croyde Bay in North Devon, this upside-down house has been designed to take full advantage of its location. Croyde is ideal for family holidays and has become a popular destination for surfers. From the house, you can enjoy direct beach access and stunning views of the ocean. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday, where you can spend time on the beach, take a dip in the sea, explore the rock pools, or sit and watch magical sunsets. On the ground floor, the three bedrooms provide flexibility; the master has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and access to a terrace with decking and patio. The remaining two bedrooms have twin and single beds, as well as TVs and DVDs, while a family bathroom completes the convenience. Upstairs, the open-plan living area offers a contemporary feel with oak floors, leather sofas and a TV with surround sound, plus patio doors to a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen/diner has a vaulted ceiling and a large dining table so everyone can enjoy meals together.
