At the front of the property, there is a fully enclosed courtyard with raised decking and facilities to enjoy outdoor relaxation and dining. For keen surfers, there is also a handy wetsuit hanging rail and an outdoor hose for washing off sandy gear. On the ground floor, a cosy yet spacious lounge/diner provides a variety of comfortable seating and a dining suite. Double glazed doors look out over the courtyard whilst underfloor heating and a wood burner provide warmth in the cooler seasons - perfect for warming up after a brisk winter walk. Adjacent is a well-designed, high-quality kitchen providing all you need to enjoy family meals together. A spacious family bathroom is also on this level. On the first floor, two stylish bedrooms are bright and attractive and offer flexible sleeping; one bedroom has a super-king-size bed that can be converted to two twin beds on request and the other bedroom has twin zip-and-link beds that can be converted to a super-king on request.
