Completing the property is the modern bathroom with a shower over the bath. When the sun is shining, the enclosed patio is the place to sit and enjoy the warming rays. The friendly village of Braunton is less than half a mile away, with a lovely selection of independent shops and an eclectic array of eateries to meet many different tastes. From here, you can head off on a walk along the Tarka Trail on a 5-mile stretch to the market town of Barnstaple, stopping off at the pub or cafe en route for a tasty treat.
