Sledding right by the house; thanks to its location on a dead-end street, there are great play areas for children. Barbecue area by the house, shared basement with foosball table, outdoor ping-pong table, outdoor seating on the property, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, commercial dishwasher, ironing facilities, and a clothesline. Garages for skis, sleighs, bikes, motorcycles, or strollers. There are 4 apartments, each with 4 beds or 1 apartment with 5 beds, making this an ideal option even for large groups. The cleaning fee includes bed linens (beds made), towels (1 shower towel and 2 additional towels per guest), and a shower mat. <br>Important: The visitor’s tax will be calculated after booking (see Braunlage Tourism for terms and conditions) and must be paid before arrival via PayPal or bank transfer.
