Detached house in the immediate vicinity of the forest

  • Detached house in the immediate vicinity of the forest, in a quiet location in a little traffic side street of the climatic health resort Hohegeiß at the end of the village. The ground floor, about 55 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: a living room with TV and couch; a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, each with 1 sink. In bedroom 1 there is a Franz. Bed, radio, dressing table and 1 closet, in bedroom 2 a double bed 2 closets and 2 chests of drawers, 1 flat screen TV, radio and in bedroom 3 two large single beds, radio and small TV. Secure WiFi is available in the house.
    There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
    The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and a Weber charcoal grill is available. The property is not completely fenced and the huge meadow offers enough space for fun and games. In winter, the illuminated trail runs around 100 meters in front of the house. Access to the Hohe Geiß alpine ski center is also nearby.
