No lift is a problem when they put you on the 3rd floor. A bit overpriced but when you consider the location, understandable. Very clean and very good breakfast.

I would definitely stay again. Very convenient location in the city, very clean and tidy and a great breakfast. Only very slight room for improvements. The hotel was extremely warm and could have done with the heating turned down. Also, tge breakfast service on our 2nd day could have been better. We had to wait for some food to be replenished and tge waiting staff had to be asked to put more glasses / cutlery out. But all in all, a very good stay and I would stay again.

The hotel is difficult to get into and out of. The à/c not functioning half of the night. Noise level was disturbing at night. Overall,disappointing experience.

Decent hotel on the heart of the city
Our stay was ok. We had booked a room with AC, but were given a room without. The front desk solved the issue right away, and moved us to another room. Breakfast was nice, served on the hotel's restaurant. Location is awesome and even though they say they have free parking available, they don't, and it's hard to find parking close to the hotel, so be aware of that.

Staff are friendly. Breakfast was good. Our rooms were on the top floor so that was a lot of stairs to climb (with luggage when we arrived). The top floor also creaks a lot. I wondered how noisy it was to the people in the rooms below. Rooms are small. Minibar refrigerator is very small and not cold. We saw no signs of air conditioning.

Over priced to small room with no air-conditioner.
We were given a small attic room. While it was clean and the bed was good, at $70 it was over priced for that area. The room was small with sloping ceilings, it only had two small, up high windows, and the worst was that there was no air-conditioner in the room and it was hot during the day and warm at night. There was an air-conditioner in the hallway but that was always turned off. Had to sleep with the windows open which let in the noise of the 24X7 vent fan to the restaurant next door. Breakfast was good!

Great location in old town and room is comfy for an old building. Door to room does not have a secondary security lock (other than the card lock) so staff can walk into the room at any point with their master security card (happened twice while I was in the room).

Small hotel. No elevator. Our room had no a/c
Great location, but sometimes location is not enough. We had room 206 which opens the windows to a busy pedestrian st. At 2am people were still on party mood. We left the windows open because we had no a/c. It was loud. By 6am the street cleaning crew comes around and you cannot sleep anymore. Furniture and rugs need some updating. Brasov is an impressive place.

Nice clean hotel GREAT location
We are very pleased with our experience at Gott hotel. One Definitely cannot ask for a more convenient location- RIGHT NEXT to the main square in old town, behind the Black Church. Very clean and cozy room, not large but enough to feel comfortable, nice toiletries, good quality sheets and towels. Competent, polite and multilingual staff. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choices and great coffee. there are also many restaurants and cafes in the area. We highly recommend Gott hotel to everyone and many thanks Gott team - excellent job!

The hotel was excellent. The only complaint was the squeaky floors. They were exceptionally squeaky on the 3rd floor. The awesome staff more than made up for it. They were super helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. Need to navigate the parking though since its not associated with the hotel. If you get lucky, you can park a few steps from the hotel entrance.

The room is worth the hike
We loved staying at the Gott. beautiful spacious room, fabulous restaurant, very nice bar and a perfect location.It is one of the more expensive hotels in the area,Therefore taxi drivers that are not "approved" will try to rip you off. The surrounding streets do not allow cars, so it is very quiet. It is not a great distance to drag your bags when you arrive, but there is no elevator. The 50 stairs up to our room was worth the hike.large,modern and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It is an old hotel that is being improved every day. It now has modern air conditioning which was worth every step,and it has a spectacular modern bath with a rain head shower.

Parkeren is een drama. Na een half uur rondrijden eindelijk een parkeergarage gevonden (betaald parkeren en 15 minuten lopen naar het hotel). Vervolgens kregen wij kamer 206. Zonder gordijnen. Vervolgens kamer 101. Airco werkte niet! We kregen een fan. 2e dag naar kamer 210. Eindelijke een werkende airco. Ook geen compensatie gehad.

Nice hotel down one of the smaller side street of main square in old town. Very clean place and nice staff. Smaller details like the toilet kept running and the A/C was too efficient had an annoying loud two second notice every other minute (also after it had been off for a while). So the place is a little old, I guess. Breakfast was good.

Hotel liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. Kein eigener Parkplatz. Parken nur in 2 Straßen per "Hotelgutschein" im Fahrzeug kostenfrei, sofern Parkplätze frei sind - und das kann manchmal ziemlich lange dauern !

Great location. Nice rooms. The reception might need a face lift, but the hotel seems to be partially under renovation so I guess this might be solved shortly.
