Where are our three beds

I booked this reservation for a room with three single beds but we got one double and o single bed. It was kind of weird because two of us had to share the double bed. We wanted to share the room but not the bed. Since the room was booked for three people, I would assume there will be towels and blankets for three people. No! Had to ask for it. Why? Not sure 🤔

Hospedei-me neste hotel durante uma viagem a trabalho em Brasília e a experiência foi positiva pelo custo-benefício. O principal destaque é a localização. Fica muito próximo da Esplanada dos Ministérios e ao lado do Shopping Brasília, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos e a alimentação. O hotel possui restaurante próprio. Pedi um lanche durante a estadia e estava bem preparado. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende ao esperado. O quarto oferece o básico com conforto adequado. A cama e o chuveiro são bons e compatíveis com a faixa de preço. A região também me pareceu tranquila e conveniente para quem está na cidade a trabalho. Como ponto de atenção, o hotel já é mais antigo e isso aparece na estrutura e serviços. Não é um hotel moderno, mas entrega o necessário para uma estadia confortável.

O hotel é muito bom, só que está em período de reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe. Porém, deveria ser avisado no anúncio que o quarto que está sendo reservado é no subsolo, algo bem comum em Brasília, porém os preços desse tipo de apartamentos costuma ser mais em conta, o que não foi o meu caso.

O quarto estava limpo,porém o ar condicionado estava em estado péssimo,quando ligamos ele,o cheiro que saiu foi insuportável,mostrando que há muito tempo nao faziam a higienizaçao do mesmo,no banheiro havia muito mofo entre os azulejos,e para tomar banho um sacrifício,pois nao caia água. O café da manha tambem deixou a desejar,pois nao havia muitas opções, e a maioria das mesas do recinto onde o café é servido,sempre estavam sujas. Os funcionários são bem educados e sempre são solícitos.

Precisa melhorar a manutenção do hotel. Cerâmica do corredor quebrada, portas desgastadas com dificuldade para fechar e abrir, o quarto não tem tratamento acústico e mesmo com janelas fechadas o barulho do trânsito incomoda muito, até roncos no quarto vizinho da pra ouvir. Lixeira do banheiro enferrujada. Hotel não tem elevador, alguns quartos são no térreo ou subsolo, não há flexibilidade para troca de quartos.

Café bom, funcionários bem atenciosos. Quarto limpo mas banheiro com mau cheiro. Ar condicionado congelante e sem opção de temperatura. Solicitamos reparo mas não foi feito. Tv não funcionou. Ficamos em um quarto no subsolo e como tenho mobilidade reduzida foi dificil. No momento da reserva havia pedido quarto no térreo, mas não cumpriram o prometido e nem houve troca quando pedi.
