A localização do hotel é excelente. O flat está precisando de uma pequena reforma. Luzes queimadas, tomadas de padrão antigo, infiltração e mofo no teto do banheiro, papel de parede descolando. As condições do quarto poderiam ser melhores.

Reserva feita por Hoteis.com. Excelente! Prático, rápido e eficaz! Porém, você é tratado de maneira diferente na hospedagem. Palavras do atendente quando solicitei algo: "Não sei! Você não fez a reserva conosco! Foi direto com o Proprietário. Deve tratar direto com ele!!!" Isso quebrou tudo o que estava excelente até o momento. Nem o ar-condicionado que estava fraco, perturbou como a resposta dada por este funcionário. Pena! Não deveria ser assim!

No banheiro, das 4 lâmpadas só funciona da 1 ficando o banheiro escuro. Lixeiro sem tampa porque estava quebrada e uma goteira no gesso que ficava molhando o chão. No quarto, colchão razoável, cadeira quebrada. Lençol super fino da cama. Passei frio! Não dispuseram de edredom - no dia do check in eles manda umas informações e nela consta que não tem disponível edredom/manta (no mínimo eu tinha que levar da minha casa. ABSURDO!). Não recomendo!

O quarto é péssimo: banheiro com teto mofado, lâmpada queimada, chveiro ruim. E a cama? Colchão horrível, eu deitava e ele afundava. Fiz a reserva do dia 8 a 19/4 e tive que fazer outra reserva no hotel para mudar de quarto, pois estava tomando remédio para dores no corpo de tão ruim que é a cama. Não recomendo.

Quarto de tamanho bom, ar condicionado funcionando. A estrutura do hotel em si é boa e a localização excelente, por isso volto sempre. Mas dessa vez peguei o pior flat que já fiquei. Toalhas muito desgastadas, lençóis velhos e finos, não tem edredom, o que é um absurdo. Lixeira do banheiro com cheiro ruim, lâmpadas queimadas que prejudicaram a boa iluminação do banheiro. Cortina imunda e presa no canto, não vedava a luz pela manhã. O quarto tem um sofá também imundo, melhor seria retirá-lo de lá. Infelizmente ao reservar fica difícil achar os melhores flats, as fotos são todas iguais, e já fiquei em outros muito bons no mesmo hotel.

O banheiro tem mofo no teto e o ar condicionado não funcionou no primeiro dia. O quarto possuía uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. O colchão da cama de casal era péssimo, assim como a roupa de cama (lençol bastante velho). Solicitado um ferro de passar, o proprietário disse que não tinha e que não poderia fornecer. Veja que estamos em uma cidade que a maioria das pessoas vêm a trabalho e, por óbvio, precisam assear os trajes antes de sair. Enfim, não foi uma boa experiência.
