The only thing that we didn't like that there was no help with the upstairs neighbors. For 4 nights straight they would be up at 5:00am and stay up late passed midnight and the noise and stomping so hard it was so hard to enjoy our stay. We did reach out to the company we rented from and they told us nothing they can do. We asked the people upstairs to keep respect others and it did not matter at all. (I think we got the exact same apartment.) The area is quiet and you cannot hear your neighbor's. It has plenty of space our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The sunroom has a twin pull-out and has a door to provide a little privacy.
