Two Community Pools! Summary: Welcome to Lakeside Landing! This beautiful home is located in the Château Cove community with GORGEOUS VIEWS of TABLE ROCK LAKE here in the fun-filled city of Branson, Missouri! Space for your large group will not be a problem in this large 3-story home that can sleep up to 35 PEOPLE! 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, air hockey, and 3 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities you want for everyone to be together! The Space: Our home is setup perfectly to entertain large groups! There is a community Indoor Pool and outdoor swimming pool 250' from our home and walking trail down to the lake. Located just off of Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake, we are 5 miles from Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes from the 76 Strip (Branson’s Entertainment District), 4 miles to State Park Marina, less than a 1 mile from Moonshine Beach, and many other popular attractions. We also have another 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom home next door if you need more room! Guest Access: The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake! The Neighborhood: The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with a sauna for the adults, umbrella fountains for the kids, and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW! Getting Around: Location at this home could not be more ideal to enjoy all that Branson has to offer! Take your group out on a boat from Château MARINA (3 minutes away) or the State Park MARINA (10 minutes away)! Go swimming at MOONSHINE BEACH (5 minutes away)! We were here for 4 days. It had everything we needed. It even has a smoker which we used, yum. The kids really enjoyed all the games and of course the hot tub. Both pools were walking distance away, so that was wonderful. The property is amazingly big, there was enough room for us to all sit and have dinner. This house was worth every penny! It was spacious, clean, beautiful and the check-out to do list was short. We rented this for Christmas vacation with our friends and family and we were all very impressed! Both the kids and the adults were thrilled to see the gorgeous Christmas tree in the main living room. The view from the balcony was amazing! The bedrooms/bathrooms allowed everyone their space. It was very clean and well stocked --air hockey, foos ball, shuffleboard. We had a great time at this property! The communication was friendly and quick. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. This is a great location to the lake and surrounding attractions. The kitchen is better stocked than most and includes two dishwashers and three coffee makers- and we used them! There is plenty of room for a multi family gathering- we will be back!! ##### Lori H. This rental made it possible to have wonderful togetherness with plenty of space for small groups. We had 22 people and it was an ideal place to draw closer together without all the distractions of excitement and difficulty in where to go next. Loved having a bathroom for each room! Lot of plates, glasses, bowls, silverware and everything needed to cook there. Lots of games. Overlooks the woods instead of other houses. We could not have been any more pleased with this beautiful house and area. The house was everything we wanted and more, Adam and his staff are awesome to work with, they keep you informed on every detail making sure you enjoy your trip. The location is perfect. Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Everything is within a short drive. The community grounds are very well kept up and the pools are great. Highly recommend booking with Adam ##### Tim O.
