Three bedrooms, two bathrooms – Over 1250 square feet. Waterfront at Rock Lane Marina. The floor plan consists of one level -- Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Back deck, Master bedroom (Queen), Bedroom #2 (King), Bunkroom (sleeps 4). Why stay far from the marina when you can be right next door? Come sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water! Gentle slope for easy walk right down to the water's edge. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Unit has a Queen bed in master with walk in shower and big jetted tub. View of lake from both the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunkroom has two bunk beds, for a total of 4 twin mattresses. All TVs have streaming devices, so you can sign into your apps (no cable). Everything you need is right on the resort grounds -- two restaurants (Rock Island Grill, and Parrots Pavilion Tiki Bar), marina with boat and slip rentals, swimming pool, and corn hole. Live music at the Tiki Bar on the weekends during the summer! All located on Indian Point directly on the lake! You won't find a better location than this one! Unfortunately the grill/bar area has been open to the public and has created a not so family friendly environment. It gets lousy and we could hear people fighting all through the night. They did higher security to monitor the area while the bar was open. Sunday morning there was a guy passes out laying in the side of the road next to our condo. The parking for trailers is challenging as well. Other then that, it is a great place to stay ##### Jolene M. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The balcony was nice, would be an awesome view of the lake if the branches were cleaned up a bit. Also the door wasn’t incredibly tight so allowed for bugs to come in. My only complaint was you can hear everything happening in the condo above, making it hard to sleep in past 7am on vacation. The courtesy dock and outside game area were being deconstructed while we stayed, so the place was fairly quiet since boats couldn’t dock up. I’d stay here again, but I don’t know that I’d come solely for the “resort amenities”. ##### Marcy M. We did a quick family trip and was at the park the entire time so we did not have any time to enjoy the place and all it had to offer. The only thing I would suggest is when cleaning the shower, please pay attention to the walls. There was hairs left from the previous renters. Also, the shower water smelled of rotten eggs in one of the bathrooms. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay. ##### Karla B.
