It was a very nice condo and was great for our family to be together. Nice quiet location and we love staying at Pointe Royal when we visit Branson.

The only issue really was the fact that the TV would come on in the bedroom but you were unable to access any channels. The remote only turned the set on.

An okay place
The complex is nice. The actually condo is older. Most of the furniture and everything included hasn't been updated since the 90s. It smells like an old lady. It has everything you would need, however it's all old. 4 towels but old towels. For 2 people we had to do laundry. It does have a very small washer / dryer in unit. A bit overtired for what is there. The complex is nice though.

Condo was spacious and beds were comfortable. Carpet was newer and plush. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Big TVs in every bedroom to keep everyone happy. Everything was in working order. We'd stay here again.

Needs updating
We like the price and the area, but the place was very dated. At the very least they need new couches and chaires that are not old and stained. The view out the back was beautiful and almost made up for the dirty furniture.

Felt like I was in a home away from home but we did have some issues with hot water not working and dryer not working as well. The management did quickly get on top of this to have it fixed though. The guy up front was so kind and very good at his job. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Gated community condo, lots of room and had everything you would need. Quiet neighborhood and surrounding area. It is a little off the beaten path which is a plus in Branson.

Branson getaway!
Condo was great! 3rd floor over looking hole #10. Clean and comfortable. We were having such a good time we wanted to stay an extra night. They accommodated us with the extra night at the same rate! Would stay again for sure. My only small complaint would be that the walls were a bit thin. Overall great time.

The condo itself was dated, however that was reflected in the pricing and the pictures and wasn't a surprise. We had a few issues with the condo that left us unhappy with the condition: 1 - the plumbing had an issue where the cold water taps first dispersed scalding hot water before it turned cold. This included the toilets as well. I spoke to management and it seemed to get better, but was still an issue throughout our stay. 2 - the carpet tack strip was exposed in the entryway and my 6 year old cut his foot on the exposed tacks.

Very friendly staff! Located in a safe gated community. The condo was very clean and quit spacious for our family of 6. It was home away from home. The kitchen had everything you needed to use for cooking. The only complaint was that the indoor pool was not heated and in the winter it definitely needed to be. 😉

It was a very nice place to stay. I was worried about it being dated but ours was really nice. The master bathroom could be a bit bigger and a bit more updated, but other than that really nice. I would say trying to get ahold of someone after 8pm was impossible but it was not an important issue just a question, but if it was something of impertinence it would have been bad.

We had everything we needed for our family weekend getaway. We will definitely be back. Condo was very clean and comfortable and close enough to everything but yet far enough away to not be noisy.

The decor was tired and old. It was functional though. Tried to get a credit for future use, due to a covid outbreak with my children and had to head home sooner than planned. Was told that I could not have one, even though they had already collected the money for the complete stay. Will never stay here again nor will I recommend it.

I am so sorry the deco in the unit was outdated. I will be addressing these issues with the owner. I am so sorry about your refund. I am so sorry you had booked through a 3 third party and we are contracted with them for a 2 night minim. You did stay till 4:00pm that afternoon to go swimming.
