Here’s what you need to know: $60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play. Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking. When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, pickleball, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor seasonal pools, hot tub (adult only), 2 playgrounds, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. LOCATION Location to Branson Amenities 4 miles/9 minutes to The Strip 2 miles/9 minutes to Fall Creek Marina-great place to rent a boat for Lake Taneycomo 5 miles/12 minutes to The State Park Marina- great place for boat rental on Table Rock Lake 8 miles/15 minutes to Silver Dollar City 8 miles/19 minutes to Branson Landing On Location-Swimming, tennis, pickleball, basketball, fishing, playgrounds, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop. Important things to note-House Rules: \-Must Be 25 years or older to book \-Rental Agreement and Drivers License Required after booking \-No smoking, pets, or parties We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee \-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August. \-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters. \-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. \-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked. \-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. \-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. It is extremely clean and the owner/property manager is quick to respond to text and very helpful even when I stupidly locked ourselves out. She was very polite and did not make me feel like I was bothering her at all. I will most definitely look up her properties and especially Lily's Place on our next trip to Branson. ##### Jacquelyn L.
