The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances, cookware and essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay.



The dining table provides comfortable seating for your group, whether you’re enjoying breakfast before heading out or having dinner together after a full day in Branson.



COVERED DECK



Step outside onto the private covered deck for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. An electric grill is also provided for guest use.

Guests have access to the outdoor community pool during the seasonal operating period.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE



• This is a second-floor condo and stairs are required to reach the unit.

• No pets are allowed per condo association rules.

• The outdoor community pool is seasonal.



CHECKOUT PROCEDURES



We ask that the following checkout procedures be completed before departure. These are standard for the area and are not included as part of the cleaning fee.



• Set the heat to 60 degrees or the A/C to 75 degrees.

• Remove garbage bags from the kitchen and bathrooms and take all trash to the dumpster.

• Place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.

• Please start one load of towels in the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer them to the dryer. This helps tremendously with preparing the condo for the next guest.

• If you have time, please strip the sheets from the beds and place them at the bottom of the bed. Please do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows or shams.

• Please leave the condo picked up and return games to their proper place.
