BIG DIPPER offers two stories of luxury living with a rooftop deck providing panoramic views of Table Rock Lake. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished home featuring a full game area with 2 arcade systems and foosball table for entertainment, a custom dining table that seats up to 12, and multiple seating areas to accommodate the entire group.

The bunk room is a hit with its outer-space theme, complete with constellation wallpaper, LED lights, and starry ceiling. Step outside to the backyard patio and enjoy the hot tub, outdoor dining area, Blackstone griddle, and fire pit with seating.

The Booking Guest must be at least 22 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 14 people for this property.

-> PETS: This property is dog-friendly! Please keep in mind our pet fee, which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. Great spot for great family time

Beautiful home with plenty of fun activities for family. Hot tub, games, arcade games, plenty of rooms and clean as a whistle. Really really enjoyed it. Such a great area too!

Family Reunion

Terrific rental. Family of 10, reunion time. Spacious, clean, well-stocked. My sons, avid golfers, loved the Golf Video arcade. Location just right: we went to SDC, Dolly’s Stampede, Yakov’s theatre, and the Landing. Boys golfed at Holiday Hills and Thousand Hills. The 3rd floor rooftop lounge area was great for coffee and evening cocktails. Kudos to Lynn’s place and a first class experience!

Branson Trip

The property was clean and very well taken care of. The only thing I would suggest is to have some umbrellas available for outdoor seating . Several days of rain and w open roof top and no deck on back porch area it made enjoying the atmosphere and outdoor seating in unusable during the rainy days . Host was extremely responsive and we enjoyed our stay .

Family vacation

This house was a great fit for our family of 13. The games were a hit with all the kids. One suggestion is to have a tall kitchen trash can in the upstairs refrigerator/counter area. We enjoyed spending the time together under one roof.

Everything was great. There is a path down to the lake behind the house. The house was clean. But with any rental it has that lived in look. Little things. I did reach out about an issue with the stairs and never got a reply. But everyone that stayed with me had fun.

Pros and Cons

Pros: The layout and space was good for our group of 11. Perfectly represented in the listing. Host communication was quick. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Kids loved the games. Cons: The towels were old and stained. Coffee pot and toaster didn’t function. A couple of the shower curtains were too short so the floors would be soaked after showering. No dishwasher detergent. Only minimal paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided. (Which is annoying when your entire group is flying in from a long distance and you have to go buy boxes of supplies that you can’t bring home with you) The outdoor space is 100% large rocks and pretty small. No grassy space or room for kids to play.

Long weekend

We had a great weekend with only a few minor hiccups. Most were taken care of promptly. It would have been nice to have had kitchen towels but we worked around that. The major complaint from our group had to do with one of the video games. There wasn't any way to turn the sound off of the guns.
