    The Space:

    Welcome to your cozy retreat! This charming one-bedroom unit is designed to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Start your mornings in the spacious king bed, enjoying the convenience of the attached master bathroom with its relaxing shower and tub combo. The living area invites you to unwind on the queen sofa sleeper or curl up by the warm glow of the fireplace—a perfect spot for quiet evenings or storytelling with loved ones.



    Coffee lovers, rejoice! The kitchenette is equipped with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, along with a mini fridge and microwave for your convenience. Need to freshen up after a day of adventures? The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the in-unit washer and dryer make laundry a breeze—a guest favorite!



    We’ve stocked the unit with all the essentials so you can focus on making memories: soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, towels, paper products, cookware, and more. All you need to bring are your clothes, your favorite snacks, and your sense of adventure!



    This unit is conveniently located on the main level with no stairs for easy access. If you’re traveling with a larger group, consider reserving the adjoining unit (L5) for even more space. Just reach out to us to coordinate!

    Please be respectful of others in the building by honoring quiet time from 9pm - 9am and just in general be respectful of other guests. We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay.



    Guest Access:

    Upon arrival, there is free parking on the property, but we ask that you limit 2 cars per condo. There will be a keypad to get into to your unit. You will be given an access code once your reservation is approved. The pool is a very short walk from the L building.

Overall was amazing, the views, cleanliness and check in. I would suggest top floor if you turn in early as quiet time don’t start till 10pm till 8am, otherwise it was just great time! Super close to SDC and we loved the views and even had some deer right below us in mornings. Also there’s some good eats close by Ozark Pizza was super good! We definitely will be returning! The pool is nice but a little smaller and can get crowded but moonshine beach isn’t far and we enjoyed it as well! All and all would recommend if you are looking for great views, and being super close to SDC and a spacious clean and spacious condo

The simple space was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, very accessible, and the view was breath-taking. The management was very helpful responding to any of our questions very promptly. We also appreciate that they communicated with us via text message on the day of with codes and such. A text was much easier and more efficient than sending us linked messages through VRBO.

Everything was as promised. It was clean, stocked and easy to access being on the main level. The view is beautiful and you can take it in by sitting on the back deck. Communication was excellent. Checkout was a breeze. I have used several VRBOs and this one had me do the fewest things to checkout (take out trash, load the dishwasher, which there isn’t one, and log out of any streaming services). So easy! As another reviewer noted you can hear your neighbors if they aren’t respectful of quiet hours, but that is true of many condo VRBOs. That’s not the fault of the owner. Would stay here again.

My son and I just got back and had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were breathtaking--we couldn't get over how beautiful it was and how far out we could see. I think the views from this condo were superior to those from several nearby properties, from looking at other listings.We could also see three of the coasters from Silver Dollar City to the far right of the building, looking across the balcony! This was really fun, as we're big coaster fans and could watch them go! We could also hear the park's train whistle, but only on the balcony (not inside, which was a good thing). The entire condo felt peaceful and lovely.We were very impressed with the cleanliness and how well-maintained the condo was. The host was friendly and quick to respond when I had a question between booking and checking in. The lower (kiddie) pool was under construction, which was noted in the listing and not a problem for us. We couldn't see the pool construction unless we peered down over the edge of the infinity pool, which otherwise provided stunning views looking out over the mountains.The kitchenette was surprisingly well-stocked. There is a small freezer section inside the mini-fridge with ice cube trays in it (there would not be room for a bag of ice, just FYI). We were able to fit a pint of ice cream upright, plus a few other things.One reviewer mentioned fragranced sheets. We didn't have a problem with it, and I'm sensitive to artificial fragrance. We'll definitely stay again!

It seemed very clean and the welcome snack tray was a plus. It was nicely decorated, but not much sound absorption. You can here other guests movement pretty easy. I liked the firmness of the couch. The bed was adequate. The toilets sit a little low, but I'm a pretty tall guy. The back deck view was stunning!!!. It is parking lot entry with no stairs. It is very close to Silver Dillar City

Awesome place, great views, large rooms and very clean and furnished. A couple of negative for us, and not all peeps have this problem. I am very sensitive to smells, the fabric detergent they use has strong perfumes that are in all the linens. Frebrez and gain or any cleaner like that leaves a strong smell. We had to wash the sheets and towels in order to use. No biggie for us, we are used to doing that... We had very nice warm pleasant days, the pool was locked so we couldn't sit by the pool??? Why show it in your advertisement when we cannot use? Otherwise, great place - we did enjoy our stay and would recommend to anyone.
