The view was as pictured "BEAUTIFUL!" We all enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed snacks, coffee, creamer, tea, sweetners, movies books the owners thought of it all. TV"s all worked in all the rooms. Bathrooms had all that was needed. We had no problems at all. We will definitely stay here again. ##### Mary M. The hosts, Don and his wife, were wonderful to work with and had consistent and prompt communication before and during our stay. The unit was clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation. It was in a safe and easily accessible location, within a short driving distance to many attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay at Ozark Overlook. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for cooking food and the kids loved having a fun place to hang out upstairs. The view is gorgeous and so peaceful. We had two families, nine people total. Plenty of space for the adults and kids to spread out. The boys really enjoyed playing games in the game room. We like to cook so the adults enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. The place was clean and conveniently located so just A few short minutes every time we got out. At the end of the trip I asked one of the young boys how his spring break was and he said “10 out of 10, would recommend!”…I would tend to agree. It’s a beautiful new apartment with great views from the enclosed balcony. We loved how clean everything was, the children appreciated the games and loved the bunk beds. Having 4 separate bedrooms was great, my wife and I appreciated the king bed with en-suite bathroom. Thanks again! ##### Stuart P. Hosts were a pleasure to work with, great communication and they stocked the condo with a lot of little amenities that helped a lot. Things like extra tooth brushes, q-tips, soaps, paper towels, laundry items, sugar and sweeteners, coffee…all the cooking utensils you could need. Seriously bring clothes, deodorant and tooth paste and you’re good to go :) Location is a smidge outside town but view from back patio shows much of the city. Branson is a nice town with a lot to do. The condo was maybe just a few minutes up the hill from a variety of restaurants and attractions- yes uber and door dash will deliver also. The condo is almost new and they’re building more down the street but construction noise is very minimal and only during daylight hours. Beds are comfy, TV’s and kitchen appliances work well and met all needs. Plenty of space for my family of 6\. I’d rent again if traveling to the area. ##### Phillip R. We enjoyed every day. The condo was amazingly beautiful, clean and to be honest I had forgotten our beach towels, annd my shampoo annd conditioner, and was so thankful the wonderful owners had beach towels there. They also have shampoo, conditioner and soap inside each shower/bathroom. Not only that but every thing you could think of that would be at your own house, they had it there. They want you to not have to worry about anything while there. Also they keep in contact with you from the time you book until your checkout, which this made our day. We have never had people care that much. We recommend Ozark Overlook 100 percent. We plan on going back and taking our grandkids. Everything is so close to the condo, which we loved. The grandkids are going to love the game room. Thank you so much Don and Cindi for everything.
