Relax and rejuvenate in our cozy resort condo less than half a mile from the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Just a short 10-minute drive from Hwy 76 'Strip' and a convenient 20-minute drive from Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic, of course!). Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

Pointe Royale no longer allows boat or trailer parking within the neighborhood.

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*One dog under 25 pounds allowed.
*Dog must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog causes any damages, you will be charged.

The condo was spacious! Unfortunately, the hot water tank was not large enough to accommodate 4 guests to take showers back to back. The lighting is very deam through out inspite of several lamps in every room. Location is convenient and the view is grand.

Great Trip

We had a great stay! The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The amenities at the complex were great-the kids especially liked the playground by the the river. We took our dog on the wooded trail nearly every day! Thanks for a great place in an especially good location!

We love staying in Pointe Royale. The neighborhood and ammenities are nice and the location is great. Marshall Properties is a great one to rent from at Pointe Royale! We have stayed in several of their units.

The property was easy to find and access, and very comfortable inside. I loved the green view from the deck with my morning coffee. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The community was extremely quiet and things like the pool weren't over crowded even though it was 4th of July week.

Amazing place!

Thus place was absolutely immaculate when we walked in! I would live here if i could! Everything we wanted to do was so close to us that our 3 month old puppy didnt have to be in his kennel for to long at a time and that is kind of what sealed the deal because i was worried we wouldnt be able to explore to much!! Thank you!!! We will definitely be back.

We stayed for a long weekend with our teenage kids. The property and the location was perfect. Just outside of the congestion but very easy access. The property grounds were great and the staff was very accommodating. We even had some guests come over for a fish fry down at the water. The house was great and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings with coffee and at night with a nightcap.

Our stay was excellent and In a golf community but close to all things Branson. We were close to Restaurants, shows, Silver Dollar City. We kindof did it all. And you’re close to Tablerock River so you can fish if you want or do a little hiking. Pool area is really nice and has a tiki bar with snacks and drinks and reasonably priced. There are also two restaurants on property which we never tried. Everything was great though. Thank you!!

Beautiful condo with AMAZING views

We rented this condo for the weekend. It was so much prettier than the online pics could show. Everything was very neat and clean and comfortable. This condo is very spacious and met our needs perfectly. The only thing I would recommend is that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner abd coffee. There are not any travel sizes or samples of that! Otherwise, it is one of the best condos I have ever rented!

Beautiful place

The location and the condo itself were beautiful! The view was great as well. It ended up raining our whole trip which just changed up our fun. The only thing that put a damper on it was my 2 month old and husband ended up having some kind of allergic reaction to the bed and the couch. My son and I were fine , but they had trouble breathing and congestion. But once we left those locations they got better and returned to breathing normally. Just put a damper on the trip with them not feeling well due to the condo.
