"FLOATS MY BOAT"- Suwannee River Home in Branford, FL, near area Springs, too!
- This clean and charming retreat will Float Your Boat! Now, three bedrooms: one with king-size bed, one with two queen beds and the third has a full bed and sofa in the living room makes a bed too! This recently updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 comfortably. (Two queen air mattresses with linens are also available for children five or over). Screened-in room downstairs features a third bath with a shower, and refrigerator along with a dining area for more entertaining. The spacious upstairs deck is ideal for watching the river flow by or just unwinding. The aluminum dock features a landing with outdoor seating, a fire pit as well as, and jet ski parking. So whether you enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or jet skiing, "Floats My Boat" is the ideal place to escape for some R&R on the Suwannee River. You can launch your vessel at a public boat ramp in Branford, just minutes away due north. A canoe is provided as well as the RV site with 110 v electricity and water. RV or camper must be self-contained. No extra charge! Tents are welcome too!
The view of the river from the deck is spectacular morning or night; enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage in the high-top chairs! Downstairs, host your guests for grilling. Two folding tables, a gas grill , refrigerator and sink downstairs as well as a Bluetooth speaker tower to accommodate you.
