This clean and charming retreat will Float Your Boat! Now, three bedrooms: one with king-size bed, one with two queen beds and the third has a full bed and sofa in the living room makes a bed too! This recently updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 comfortably. (Two queen air mattresses with linens are also available for children five or over). Screened-in room downstairs features a third bath with a shower, and refrigerator along with a dining area for more entertaining. The spacious upstairs deck is ideal for watching the river flow by or just unwinding. The aluminum dock features a landing with outdoor seating, a fire pit as well as, and jet ski parking. So whether you enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or jet skiing, "Floats My Boat" is the ideal place to escape for some R&R on the Suwannee River. You can launch your vessel at a public boat ramp in Branford, just minutes away due north. A canoe is provided as well as the RV site with 110 v electricity and water. RV or camper must be self-contained. No extra charge! Tents are welcome too! The view of the river from the deck is spectacular morning or night; enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage in the high-top chairs! Downstairs, host your guests for grilling. The place is very peaceful and quiet. We did take my in-laws over to the place and they loved it as well. The host was awesome and we had no problems communicating with her. Waking up & seeing deer grazing in the yard starts the day right.Listening to owls hooting doesn't get better.The house is fully stocked with all needs. If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. This place comes with absolutely everything you need and more. Nicely decorated and very well stocked. It has everything that you could need from linens, cookware, utensils, grill, games, ample seating, cleaning needs, and a beautiful screened in downstairs patio with tons of seating. It also has a beautiful dock that is very easy to get to. Teresa the host is amazing. If you have any questions, she gets right back with you right away. The house was amazing inside and outside! The beds were the most comfortable beds to sleep in! The outdoor area is set up perfect to hang out all day outside with easy access to a downstairs bathroom and screen in area with a fridge! The host was very helpful with questions we had throughout the stay and prior. Float the boat worked great, secluded away from people, beautiful river view. Warm, comfortable, well equipped, clean, lots of upgrades.
