"Overall, great stay. The steep stairs were never mentioned. I have MS and my wife is 70. I probably would have kept looking had I known about the stairs. NO issues on the apartment. Clean and well located!Finding the place was difficult because Google Maps told us the unit was on the opposite side of the street. Gigi was great and helped guide us there. Thanks!"

"He's a great landlord. We stayed in Rockport during the Nor'easter, and the remote for the heater was not there. (Not his fault at all.) He drove up from Boston Sunday AM with two heaters, which made everything good. The place is not big, but it's clear from the description that it's not. It's fairly charming. The stairs (it's on the second floor) are tricky --not a problem for us, but I can imagine some people might find them challenging. All in all: great location in Rockport; my advice is just park on the street and use the meters; much easier."
