Pets allowed. However, no where to dispose of doggie waste (no trash cans outside). Area seemed nice and the town was nice to walk through. Beautiful foliage surrounding the town.

It was not the cleanest and it smelled like smoke and pot. Our key wouldn’t work at the time and the door we had to kick open and push shut. It really wasn’t the greatest experience for the money. They did have a pretty decent breakfast and the dining area was clean.

My husband and I stayed overnight during our leaf peeping trip. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated as we were up before 4 AM to make the drive to the area. Front desk was very helpful, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. Hot foods such as waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes were very good. I enjoyed the breakfast and its many selections. I would recommend choosing this hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We appreciated the fresh cooked eggs & sausage, and enjoyed the Belgian waffles too. I did find the juice to taste watered down though. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hallways had a slight cigarette smell lingering, like folks smoke with an external door open. Overall a good stay to have quick access to Allegany State Park.

For a Best Western, I expected so much more. It was kind of shabby. Not kept up, chipped paint on walls and filthy. I don’t know when they last cleaned my room. I was a little afraid of staying but I did. They need to sharpen up greatly!!

We frequently stay at the Best Western in Bradford. We always have a good experience. It’s right downtown. Restaurants are within walking distance and there is a bar restaurant right in the hotel which makes it very nice. We also found a coffee shop that was very close and walkable.

The moment I pulled up in the parking lot, I knew I was not staying… I walked into the lobby and was hit with the strong odor of stale cigarettes and moth balls. The lobby area was the “real version” of the advertised picture. I did not go any further.. I turned around and left. I had to forfeit the room cost and had to find another place to stay… last minute.

This is an older property and definitely shows signs of aging. It is relatively clean but needs updated carpeting and bathroom fixtures. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was attentive. We did not use the pool but it looked well maintained and clean. Each morning we used the fitness room which had a couple of ellipticals, a stationary bike, wight machine - but one elliptical was not functioning. Room was adequate and bed was comfortable. A middle of the road facility, but easy access to the highway, a grocery store next store with gas station.

It's okay for a quick night stay. The rooms are in need of updating - door handles busted, peepholes hanging open, paint peeling, musty odors. The beds are very, very firm - almost painful unless you only sleep on your back. The cement around the pool area was normally dirty with cigarette butts. The breakfast spread was okay. Could have had a bit more and the coffee maker did not work that well. The restaurant is great - thank goodness.

First room assigned at check-in was not even cleaned. Garbage on dressers and desks. Beds were stripped and sheets were lying in piles on the chairs next to beds. Visible stains could be seen on the mattress protectors. I was moved to another room where it was not any better. The front desk attendant was heard using very strong profanity in front of my child. Unacceptable. Second room was complete filth. Holes could be seen from under the door that led to outside, flip flops had to be worn in shower due to filthy bath mat, traps under sink in bathroom is noticeable due to bug infestation. Stained white wash cloths and towels are provided, pincher bug was found inside bed. The smell of cigarettes and illegal substance can be smelled in rooms, even though a non smoking room was requested. Also smelt from in the hallways. Staff is very ignorant and rude, while place is unsafe as gang members and Mexicans stand around burn barrels smoking and party all night listening to loud music. Doors are left propped open with empty hard liquor bottles. Property felt unsafe. Manager will be contacted in the morning.
