Pet Friendly 3 Bedroom Home With Fenced Yard
- This 3 Bedroom Duplex is located in East Bradenton near Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, and close to Sarasota. It is near Lake Manatee State Park, Freedom Factory, Fort Hamer Park, the Florida Railroad Museum, and Downtown Lakewood Ranch. We have renovated our home for maximum comfort with modern touches and with a fenced yard for children and pets. Our home is child and pet friendly. On a non-HOA street without restrictions, in a working class area. This is not in one of those communities where they monitor the neighbors and have matching homes. Please ask us if you need both sides of the duplex for 6 beds 2 baths total.
