  • This beautiful, charming and bright 3 bedroom home with your own private tropical HEATED pool is located in west Bradenton. The large fenced in and private backyard with plenty lounge chairs overlooking the beautiful pristine blue pool and lush landscaping. The brand new resurfaced pool features a large shallow and deep end that will provide you with hours of fun, fun and more fun.

    Just minutes to Florida's most famous white sandy beaches on Anna Maria Island and the world famous Siesta Key beach. It is only 5 minutes to the IMG Academy, 15 minutes to Sarasota airport. Close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, nature preserves, golf course, public transportation and Lecom Park ( formerly Mckechnie field ) or Pittsburg Pirates' training camp.

    The master bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has a massage adjustable Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. The Dining room has french doors that open to a large screened in Lanai with an outdoor bar. Then when the evening arrives the LED pool light will transform your pool area into a dazzling light show.
