  • This setting provides the quintessential Florida lifestyle. Located within a 10-15 minute drive to the hospital, downtown, restaurants, a one of the largest malls in FL UTC. Relax in the screened lanai overlooking the pond while your pooch sniffs in the fully gated backyard.
    Bradenton and Anna Maria Island beaches are about 12 miles. Perida Golf & Country Club about 2 miles, 6 miles to Bradenton Area Conventional Center, 8 miles to Bradenton Country Club.

    This house is spacious with a separate family and living room. The master is an ensuite while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom on the other side of the home. The eat in kitchen is the heart and center open to the family room.
