Sit on the freshly remodeled pool deck, relax in the sparkling heated pool and enjoy the views of the lake! The modern kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless side-by-side refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/range and stainless microwave and granite counters. The large living areas with vaulted ceilings and illumination skylights opens up to a bright and shiny Florida room, both rooms offering beautiful water views. The home has a split plan with a spacious master suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. Free high speed wireless internet. Electric pool heater can be turned on upon request at an additional charge ($190 for the first week and $20 for each additional night plus tax) and shall be ordered at least one week prior to arrival. We also went to Anna Maria Island, 15 minutes away, and it was beautiful! As for the house, its dated but neat and cleanish. The property manager took 2 days to respond to 2 issues we had. Luckily my husband was able to fix the kitchen faucet because the dishwasher wasn't usable. We could have definitely used more than one kitchen garbage bag and some clear instructions as to what we should do with trash as there was no outside trash bin. Otherwise, this house was spacious enough for the 4 of us and had what we needed to prepare meals. ##### Megan M. Although there were some issues, the lightbulbs were burned out in the ceiling fan in the family room, the ONLY channel we could get on the fam. room tv was YouTube, which is rediculous as we don't watch tv sitting on our bed. No of the outlets worked in either bathroom. We notified the office regarding these issues and they told us how to fix the outlet issue but the switch that they told us to flip did not exist. The other issues were not addressed. Despite this the place was lovely and clean and we enjoyed the enclosed patio and pool. A pool guy visited, which we didn't expect so having a "stranger" just show up in the backyard was a bit unnerving. We had to ask him why he was there. Nice to have towels for both showers and beach towels provided for the pool. However, we had to buy garbage bags, salt/pepper, dish soap/dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Being forewarned about bringing necessities would have been nice. The dishwasher didn't clean at all! We ended up doing all the dishes by hand. Photo's were a bit misleading about being near a beach. Travel to Anna Maria island is about 20 min away so we were not right on or near the beach as expected. The check out list was also a bit over the top. We loved our stay at this home. I would definitely rent this again. Positives (so many!): - larger than pictures portrayed. The living area and the master bedroom are quite large. - we slept great in the master bed. We have a sleep number bed at home, yet slept great the whole time we were there. - the two other bedrooms were a perfect size for 3 kiddos. And loved the pocket door that separated this side of the home in the evenings. - the pool is the perfect size for our family of 5! We loved jumping in the pool at any time of the day. - the pond that the house is on is beautiful. I had coffee every morning by the dining table. - the neighborhood is a great place to walk- no hills and peaceful. - located close to multiple grocery stores. Room for improvement: - we paid for the heated pool. It did help considering the highest temp we had was 75 while we visited. And though paying for the heated feature was essential during our stay, it wasn’t heated for very long each day. I wish paying that fee would mean the pool was heated longer. - if you’re looking for a place close to the beach, you may want to consider other options. Our goal for this trip was to only go once to the beach so it was perfect for us. However, if you want to go daily, you may want to find a closer location. - it was great to have pool floats to use, but there was no air compressor to blow them up. Be sure to bring a travel air compressor if you want to use the floats provided. - the grill was in rough condition. We love to grill out pretty often, yet once we opened the cover, we decided not to use it. Be prepared to give it a good scrub if you want to grill Shike you stay here. He also said he told the manager’s the problem. “The Host/customer service will not respond to calls or emails once they receive your rent $$. We loved the location and the house. Constructive input...the dishwasher was full of mildew so my husband cleaned the filter and cleaned it out towards the end of our stay, but we had to hand wash dishes until then. The refridgerator was dirty inside. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable due to a very thin mattress. This isn't meant to deter anyone from staying here. Just input as most of the issues had to do with housekeeping. We hated to leave and would definitely love to stay there again on our next visit as these issues can be easily taken care of. ##### Joan R. House was comfortable , clean and in a nice neighborhood. If your planning on going to the beach a lot . We had a wonderful time. Loved how quiet and peaceful it was. The pond was full of wildlife including an otter that would occasionally show up to entertain us. The house was well stocked and felt like home as soon as we arrived. The location was good close to restaurants and grocery stores. The only downside was the air conditioner. It froze up, a repairman added freon. The unit was on the ceiling in the garage directly above a cement step. The condensation dripped in the garage causing a pool of water at the bottom of the step. I slipped on the water going in the garage to do laundry and hit my shoulder on the step. Fractured my numerous bone in two places. Painful and long recovery. We reported it to VRBO so the owner’s and future renters never have the same thing happen to them. They reported back that someone fixed the problem. No one ever came to our knowledge. We were there all day and did not let anyone in the garage. We left and the water pooling was still an issue. I left worrying the cleaning people would have the same mishap. ##### Linda K. Everything you could want is within 5 minutes The property is very nice and comfortable. As soon as we arrived we noticed the pool was green and full of Algae, so we immediately contacted the property manager. They responded within an hour and had someone out the next day. Turns out it was a broken pump and was replaced the same day, however, it appeared the pump had been broke for some time, because it took 3 days for the water to clear up. It was disappointing to loose 3 days of swimming in the pool, but the management company responded immediately to the issue. The rest of the experience was great. The layout of the house worked perfect for our family and the location couldn’t be best. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is a lot of privacy in the outdoor space. The property management company did an awesome job of communicating with us and responded quickly to our emails. I will try and stay here again next time I’m in town. Great house. ##### Matt G. Good location close to Publix and good places to eat around. The house certainly needs some maintenance but you have some good family games to play provided by the hostess, perhaps a ping pong table will be nice to add by the lounge chair inside the house it’s an empty space we felt 😃but other than that;it was a good and enjoyable place to stay. ##### Karen C.
