Property books by the month, beginning on the first through the last day of that month. Minimum stay requirements track with number of days in the month you choose. Sleeps 4-5 adults. Apartment overlooks golf course and water views in a fabulous gated community offering a 27-hole Arthur Hills designed professional golf course and tennis club setting. The building has elevators, extra private locked storage areas, 2 reserved covered private parking spaces at front entrance exclusively for your use. Magnificently landscaped grounds, with special jogging, biking, and walking paths, bocci courts, softball fields, with 4 olympic size pools, a huge 24 hour fitness/wellness center, Jacuzzi, tiki-bar, 2 outstanding restaurants and gorgeous clubhouse. Apartment has latest design/décor in a beautiful setting including a foyer, new kitchen with rich wood cabinets, granite counter, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, dining/ living room area, a big screen HDTV and blue ray player with full cable channel line-up including movie and sports package, an office area with beautiful desk, WIFI & HP Printer/Scanner/Fax, a large primary suite with king bed, a spacious guest bedroom with queen bed, 2 full-size baths including and oversized stall shower and soaking tub, up-scale fixtures and separate washer and dryer in the unit. The unit includes a relaxing large screened-in terrace with panoramic views. There are many extras, like crown moldings, paneled wood doors, and 24/7 security. It was also top-line as advertised including a new smart flat-screen television. The owner provided a walk-through of the unit and was most attentive to detail. There is not 2 covered parking places, no grill on terrace, no wine chiller. The entire condo was aged, in disrepair and in dire need of a deep clean. Carpets stained, furniture worn and frayed, bed linens torn and stained. The kitchen was under equipped and missing many usual amenities. The toaster was broken, the refrigerator missing a shelf, the pots and pans scratched and dirty, very limited cooking utensils, cookware and bakeware. Mismatched and chipped plates glasses and stemware. We had to empty and clean all the cabinets and rewash everything in the kitchen. When we tried to vacuum the sweeper was so clogged with hair and dirt we had to disassemble and clean it out. The owner did replace some of the missing items 6 weeks into our 8 week stay but we then had to unpack wash and restock those items. We made the owner aware of all this on day one. Even after replacing some of the missing items the enitre condo still needs a major overhaul and the misleading description. which borders on false advertising needs corrected. ##### Mark H.
