Very comfortable on the inside with enough beds and room for 6 people. Fully furnished on the inside with the design of a typical beach home. A backyard complete with outdoor dinging area and bar island that are great for outdoor grilling. A big, fenced in backyard that is great for pets to run around. Backyard comes with a a porch and dining area, a fire pit area to spend cold winter nights, and a bar area with grilling as an option. Nice little neighborhood with many nearby elementary and middle schools; a very safe area. Small business district is just a little south on Manatee Avenue, and further South is many eateries on Cortez.
