Relax on your screened lanai while you take in the peaceful views of the pond in this comfy 1 BR/1 BA pet-friendly\* condo. Plenty of room to stretch out on a king bed in the bedroom or sleeper sofa in living room. TV's in living room and bedroom. Ceramic tile throughout with carpet in bedroom. This one bedroom condo even features a washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella included.
