One lanai faces the bay — that's where the sunrise happens. The other faces the Gulf — that's where the sunset happens. Coquina Moorings 203 sits at the southernmost point of Anna Maria Island, giving it a position no other unit in the complex can claim: the Gulf beach is directly across the street, Anna Maria Sound is out the back, and Longboat Pass — the gateway to open Gulf and Sarasota Bay — is one mile away by boat. For guests who come to fish or boat, this is the address on the island. The shared dock puts you five minutes from the boat ramp by water. NO on-site boat trailer parking available. The dual waterfront position means you're oriented toward both sides of the island simultaneously — bay mornings, Gulf evenings, and everything in between. The screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom overlooks the bay and the heated pool. Sit here in the morning while the light comes up over the water. Located directly across the street from Lifeguard Tower 4, it's an easy walk to the beach with the provided beach wagon, chairs, and other beach items.
