Renter parking is limited to the garage and/or condo driveway of your unit only. Parking may not impede the flow of traffic in the common driveway. No parking in community driveway. All recreational & watercraft vehicles, trailers, etc. must be parked inside your garage. No RV parking permitted on premises. TRASH SERVICE: Garbage must be disposed of in receptacles provided. Pickup days are Monday and Thursday. Recycling is on Thursday Only. Place your units can in the driveway only on those days or the night before. Garbage may not remain outside your unit for any length of time. Store all trash receptacles inside your garage.
