"Home2 is a Beautiful property. They have great size rooms with everything you need... Kitchenette that had a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Big screen TV, awesome bathroom with full size toiletries... The 2 rooms that sleeps 6 each was the perfect accommedations for my family! The staff was so friendly and polite! I will say that the only disappointment was the pool hours (dawn to dusk). We weren't able to utilize the pool because it was closed by the time we came back in after enjoy the day out."

"Came in for a wedding at Lithia. Home was beautifully decorated, comfy and in a very family oriented neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable and AC worked great. I would stay here again in a heart beat. "

"This house was amazing. Super clean. The house has everything you need. The space is very welcoming and the house is huge. The entertainment room for the kids was a huge success to keep them busy. I usually travel with personal linen and did not use it. Linen and towels were super clean. I cant wait to stay here again. Thank you. "

"We stayed for two days. Good location, and game room. However, we lost an entire day in the pool because it was filled with plant material. When contacting the host they told us the pool service comes the next day so we would just have to wait. The next day when they finally cleaned the pool, had to pay extra to heat the pool since the water was cold. Beyond that the refrigerator was leaking for our stay and there was constantly a puddle in the kitchen floor, creating a slip hazard. When the host was contacted about this, they said it happens when someone leaves the door open for too long, which we did not. If the pool was clean and the refrigerator wasn’t leaking this would’ve been a five star review."

"We were satisfied. Except i forgot to tell the host that the coffee msker leaked water. I went to Wal-Mart and bought a inexpensive one for me. "

"Host was extremely responsive. House was clean, beds comfy. Not alot of clutter in the kitchen. Everything we needed to cook, etc. But also room to store our groceries. Lots of grocery stores and food options in area. Really enjoyed house and our stay. "

"There were some good things about this home but unfortunately they were outweighed by the not so good things. The shower in the master bath was outstanding. The water pressure was excellent, the shower head was wide and being able to switch between the shower head and the handheld shower nozzle was great. Being able to park in the garage was a definite plus and the owner even provided a remote for the garage door opener for us to use. But the negatives were significant. The house is poorly maintained. The dishwasher sounds like a jackhammer when it is running. There were light bulbs burned out and missing in several fixtures. The smoke alarm batteries caused problems because they had not been changed as they should. The electrical outlets in the queen bedroom went out periodically. The filter lights were on in the refrigerator and the exhaust fan in the kitchen indicating they needed replaced. Sadly the owner was not very responsive when we requested that he fix to most urgent issues. The second time we had a smoke alarm sound off, it took him 9 days to respond to our message to him. Nine days is totally unacceptable! I went to Walmart within an hour of the alarm going off to buy a replacement battery and replaced it myself or we wouldn't have gotten any sleep for 9 days. I could go on but I'm limited to 1500 characters so I have to stop. Needless to say we will not rent this house again even though we make annual winter trips to Florida to escape winter in the north."
