Great times and a worry free stay

Rented this listing for a large bachelor party and it was the perfect place for us. Property was clean and well kept. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. All around a fantastic spot. No issues finding the property or getting situated. If you have a large group that likes to cook and hangout by the water then this is the spot. Pictures don’t do it justice, the property is gorgeous all the rooms are spacious and comfortable the pond was a blast and hanging by the fire or in the hot tub was amazing. 10/10 can’t wait to find an excuse to party out there again!

Perfect Thanksgiving!

Our family spent Thanksgiving here. It was perfect. They had everything we needed right onsite. From the commercial size frig & freezer down to the shampoo and conditioner. The event center was amazing! It was cold outside, but the heaters kept everyone warm while eating and watching football...lol. We cooked breakfast on the griddle in the outdoor kitchen. It was amazing! All of the kids had plenty of room to play and they loved seeing the horses in the morning. It will definitely be a Thanksgiving we will always remember!

Our family had a wonderful time on this property as a family only birthday party/family outing. The kids enjoyed the pool and the older ones enjoyed jumping off the high dive in the pool. Ms Kathy was awesome and super friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed but the food was spot on for anything that we needed help with. Thanks again for a very memorable weekend. No complaints and will definitely use again. You can not go wrong with this property.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

This property was the perfect place for your family event. It was able to accommodate multiple families and had all of the amenities needed. The location was absolutely beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Their outdoor activities were perfect for all of the kids to stay entertained. Between the pond, swimming, paddle boarding and fishing our kids were able to unplug and make memories! The outdoor cooking area (where I spent the majority of my time) has everything you could want. The flat-top stove was perfect for cooking a large breakfast quickly and easily. We were also able to smoke some briskets on the pellet smoker while enjoying the beautiful pool and spa. Kathy was an incredible host. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay special Overall, this was a 10/10 stay, and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We couldn’t have picked a better place than the Tipsy Toad for our annual company summer party! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be something special. The themed rooms were not only fun and creative but also incredibly comfortable—each space added to the charm of the retreat. It was the ideal setting to relax, recharge, and celebrate together.The peaceful surroundings made it easy for everyone to unwind, while the amenities ensured there was never a dull moment. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the space was large enough for us to bring in an inflatable slide and set up our own volleyball court. Every age group found something to love, and it was amazing to see our entire team—along with their families—so engaged and enjoying themselves.A special highlight for many of us was getting to spend time with the goats.
