Used stairs instead up to the 7th floor...lots of garbage laying in stairwells.Busy weekend there with lots of hockey/soccer and dance families. Incredible amount of noise in hallways after hours (yelling, slamming doors, running etc) front desk staff was quite rude when we asked for extra bedding. Was happy to be able to leave and go home."
