  • Completely renovated former train station located on a vast plot of land, on the edge of the greenway between Segré-En-Anjou bleu and Chateau-Gontier.
    This unique green setting opens its doors to you for exceptional moments.

    Ground floor:
    Master suite with double bed (160X200), private shower and sink.
    Living space:
    Large open kitchen including refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, hob.
    Living room sofa bed and smart tv with sound bar.
    Amenities:
    Separate toilet and laundry room (including a second fridge-freezer and a washing machine).

    Floor:
    Bedroom 2 - double bed (140X190) Baby cot on request
    Bedroom 3 - double bed (140X190) and a single bed

Le logement est une ancienne gare rénovée avec goût. La pièce de vie est très lumineuse avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La situation est idéale à côté de la salle de la Ferrière où nous avions des cousinades; et une voie verte ombragée passe juste derrière le gîte et permet des balades agréables ! Le lieu est calme, nous n'avons eu aucune nuisance sonore.Karine la propriétaire m'a directement appelé suite à ma réservation pour me donner toutes les informations utiles et s'est montrée très disponible.Merci. Nous avons passé un très bon weekend !
