Newly renovated, it is situated in a small, secure residence with an on-site caretaker, offering peace and tranquility. You will appreciate a spacious and bright living room, a quiet bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and two private terraces facing north and south to enjoy the sun or the balmy evenings. The apartment has air conditioning and double glazing for optimal comfort all year round. Just a 2-minute walk away, you will find a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, McDonald's, a pizza lorry, and a supermarket – everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Free private parking included. Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Logement très fonctionnel et agréable avec ses 2 terrasses, excellent accueil de Tom (et sa mère), très réactifs et arrangeants au niveau des horaires de départ et d'arrivée. Commerces (notamment une bonne boulangerie) et plusieurs lignes de bus, à proximité, ainsi que plage et parc Explora tres agréable en temps de canicule. Un seul bémol, le jardin de la Pinède (où se déroule le festival Jazz à Juan) n'est pas à 2 min à pied comme noté sur l'annonce mais plutôt à 30 min env. Mais des bus permettent de s'y rendre en raccourcissant le temps de marche. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
