  • Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming 35 sqm apartment, completely new and designed for your comfort. Located on the 2nd floor of a gated and secure residence with night watchman, it is ideal for a couple, a small family or a business traveller. Secure private parking is also included.

    The location is perfect for discovering the French Riviera: the sandy beaches can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. A nice 400 m walk through the Exflora Park or along the small Avenue de la Mer will take you directly to the shores of the Mediterranean.

    Everything is within walking distance at the foot of the building: supermarket, artisan bakery, pizzerias, restaurants and McDonald's, for a simple and convenient stay.

    Inside, you will find a quiet bedroom for restful nights, a modern living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Full air conditioning and double glazing ensure optimal comfort in all seasons.

    In terms of mobility, a bus stop at the foot of the residence provides easy access to Cannes (8 km) or Nice, while Juan-les-Pins and the Golfe-Juan train station are only 1 km away. Cycling enthusiasts will also appreciate the nearby cycle path.

Le logement est conforme au descriptif, simple mais confortable .Bonne gestion de l'arrivée , Tom a été à notre écoute .L'appartement est bien situé pour la visite de Juan les pins ; de la pinède Gould et ses évènements musicaux , mais aussi d' Antibes , le Cap et les alentours.Nous avons apprécié le calme du début de saison estivale .
