PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE DESCRIPTION, TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ALL FEES/AMENITIES/HOUSERULES/ADVICE. We have just started up this newest addition to the Casa Mia Family! So excited, please check out our other listings for reviews so you will know you are in good hands with us, even though there are no reviews yet. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This dream villa is spaceous, clean and modern and very well maintained. We have 3 fully airconditioned bedrooms with King beds, TV's, and 2 bathrooms with hot water. The living area and kitchen are a dream and will make sure you feel right at home. We have all appliances you need to make coffee, prepare a nice coctail, pots and pans to cook, microwave, oven, tea kettle, anything you need to prepare full meals at home. If you don't feel like cooking, there are HUNDREDS of restaurants in under a 3 minute drive (Palm Beach). The pool area is beautiful, non slippery good quality tiles around the pool, enough lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, beautiful lights and ambiance in the evening, and best of all a HEATED hot tub (hard to find in Aruba). Our covered porch is a DREAM, large dining table, lounge seats, large gas GRILL, ceiling fans for some extra breeze, an nice big bluetooth speaker, we have you covered! Even though our home is in an upscale and great neighborhood, we have a great security system for you, a Safe to store your valuables, and parking on the property. What else can we add? Free WiFI, beach chairs, a cooler, Smart TV's, towels, and linen, it's all there! You will come home in a clean and cool space, light up the BBQ, jump in the pool, and after unpacking get right into a freshly made bed! Most importantly, our home is very clean and well kept, and our team is only a few minutes away to help you out if you have any questions or need help. We are Premier host on HomeAway, so you will be in good hands with the Marin Family! You can read all our reviews of the multiple properties we manage. NOTES: There is a cleaning fee of $240 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave. It was quiet and completely private, in a great neighborhood literally 2 minutes away from the beach. We truly enjoyed coming home after a day at the beach and just hang out by the pool. We just made all our dinners on the grill and spent our evenings in the hot tub. The house was spacious for our group of 6 and we loved that all the bedrooms had their own TV so we could split up and enjoy our own couple time and watch movies. Furthermore, the home was immaculate! The Marin Team was very good at their communication from booking to checking out and Daniel the host was a GEM and came over to personally check us in and out and answer all our questions.We have already booked for next year! ##### carmen g. The grounds are lovely, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the AC and hot water were perfect, and the kitchen was probably the best equipped kitchen I've experienced in an air b&b or vrbo. Our management contact, Daniel, was present when we needed him to be, gave great recommendations, and the check out process was so easy.Pool and spa were fantastic and there was a small grocery store right outside the residential complex within walking distance that was so convenient.
