Things to be improved: (immediately) The cleanliness is terrible! The carpet needs to be cleaned. I believe it has never been properly cleaned, as there are visible dirt marks and a lot of dust. The bathroom, especially the bathtub, should be cleaned every day. The restaurant café / bar area also needs thorough cleaning, including the carpet and the chairs. There is a strong smell of cigarettes, and the air should be disinfected or properly ventilated, as many people smoke and it affects the overall atmosphere. Additionally, in the hallway leading to the rooms, even though the floor is designated as non-smoking, there is cigarette smoke everywhere.
