Southbourne beach is a 5-minute stroll away, via the Fisherman’s Walk zig-zag path or a 2-minute trip on the funicular railway. Southbourne Town centre is a short (5/10 min) stroll offering a great selection of restaurants and bars. Walking either way along the Promenade you can easily reach Boscombe Pier (30/40 mins) or Hengistbury Head (50/60 mins). The apartment is centrally placed to drive out to Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole and the New Forest, making this a fabulous base for exploring the region. The flat itself is an impressive two-bedroom apartment on the seafront within a 2020 purpose-built block of six. A bright hallway entrance leads to open plan living / dining and kitchen areas. The living area has comfortable seating for 4 and access through the glazed sliding doors to the balcony with stunning sea views. Fully fitted, well-equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar island, seating four.
